Series of e-mails between Scout and Miss Maudie

Hi Miss Maudie,
I write you this email because I can't stop thinking about the judgment against Tom Robinson and need to talk to somebody about this. I hope you don't mind. It is so obvious that he is innocent so why did the jury find him guilty and why am I the only one who recognizes it? I already tried to figure it out but couldn't come to any explanation for this unfair judgment. I hope you can help me with my request and write me back.

Diary entry by Boo Radley
Dear Diary,
I already told you about those two nice children Scout and Jem, who always play around my house. I made them two figures carved in soap and put it in the knothole where i always leave my presents for them. And every now and then I also gave them chewing gum, a spelling bee medal and a pocket watch. I guess they don't now that those gifts are from me, since i never go outside and they probably don't even know that I live here. Presumably I will never get a thank from them, but that is okay. I had fun by making them happy. I didn't tell you yet that my brother Nathan found out that i get in contact with the outer world and so he filled it with cement. That is actually everything interesting that happened to me today...
Song lyrics
The Boo Radleys - Wake Up Boo!
Summer's gone, day's spent with the grass and sun,
I dont mind, to pretend i do seems really dumb.
I rise as the morning comes, crawling through the blinds,
I shouldn't be up at this time, but i cant sleep with you there by my side.
Wake up its a beautiful morning,
Feel the sun shining for your eyes.
Wake up its so beautiful,
For what could be the very last time.
Twenty five, don't recall a time i felt this alive,
So wake up boo, there's so many thing's for us to do.
Its early so take your time, don't let me rush you please,
I know i was up all night,i can do anything, anything, anything.
Wake up its a beautiful morning,
Feel the sun shining for your eyes.
Wake up its so beautiful,
For what could be the very last time.
Summer's gone, day's spent with the grass and sun,
I dont mind, to pretend i do seems really dumb.

Dear Harper Lee,
My name is Joshua Barbian, I am from Germany and go to a school in Berlin called Königin-Luise-Stiftung. In order to create a blog about a novel for my English lessons I’ve chosen “To Kill a Mockingbird” and read it recently. I already heard a lot about your novel and since it’s a classic I had high expectations, which where even exceeded by the depth and amount of several important themes this novel contains. I was so thrilled by your novel that I decided to write you a letter to give you my opinion about your work.
